It is important to us that our products are delivered to you quickly and in excellent condition. We use tested secure packaging that provides maximum protection to our products, ensuring you receive your order swiftly and safely.


SHIPPING METHODS

Standard prints are despatched by first class post for UK orders, and Air Mail for overseas orders.

Canvas Prints and Framed prints are despatched by either special delivery post or by courier.

For special delivery and courier deliveries you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery. For courier deliveries we require a telephone number so that couriers can contact you if they have problems making your delivery.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times will depend on the contents of your order. We will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, however this may take longer at busy periods such as Christmas.

Standard Prints:
Print orders up to 450 mm x 600 mm in size are usually despatched within 1-4 days from your order date.

Large Standard Prints, Framed & Canvas:
Orders that include standard prints (larger than 450 mm x 600 mm), framed prints and canvas are usually despatched within 8 working days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery due to the despatch method.
